Democrat Petition Page
This page is NOT available on any menu option. You access it by typing repaccmo.com/petitions. The purpose is to assist our volunteers between now and December 11th in our efforts to gather documentation at locations where RespectMoVoters are gathering signatures to stop the redistricting efforts of President Trump.

Send All Documentation HERE

protectmissouri@gop.com

This is the email link where all documentation you gather must be sent. It will then be forwarded to the RNC legal for their evaluation and use. Nothing is too trivial. Audio recordings, videos, and still pictures are all good. Send your documentation promptly.

What We're Looking For
What We're Looking For
1. Contact information - a name and email address and/or phone number
How to get it: Tell the volunteer you want to read the information and do some research. You're concerned about Trump
getting hold of the names. Can you call or email the volunteer if you have any questions.

2. Table Signage
How to get it: Either take photos from a short distance away or run the video from your phone as you walk around the
    table.

3. The back side of the signature form that contains the petition language.
How to get it: Ask what you are actually signing. Do they have any language or documentation. They will typically flip up
the page to show you what you are signing. This is really important since they are supposed to have 68 pages of the
petition and 125 pages of the legislation!

4. Additional documentation
How to get it: Ask if they have anything you can take with you to read. They are handing out small sheets of paper with a
QR code and telling people you can find out more by scanning it. In fact, it's a sign up page to be a volunteer!

Suggestions:
1. Take your phone with you.
2. Turn on the video recording before you walk up.
3. Hold the phone close to your waistline with both hands, like you're cold. It looks very natural. You can gesture with one
hand as you talk. Practice in front of a mirror. You will see that it looks perfectly natural.
4. Walk around the table with your phone in that same position. You can easily adjust the hold so that the phone is capturing
    the contents of the table.
5. Same thing while you're speaking to the person. The phone is recording the conversation, the flipping up of the petition
side of the paper so you can see the language on the back, etc.
6. If you get the additional QR handout, take a crisp picture of it when you get back hom.
7. Send all your documentation to the email address under "Important Links" on this page.

THANK YOU!
The Video
Priceless Videos!  Use These For Training
The sidewalk checks every box! It's only 4 minutes long. Note Lisa has the video running before she ever gets close to the table. 1.Contact info, 2. Table signage, 3. Backside of the petition signature page, and 4. Handout with QR code.
Great job, Lisa Gore, Boone County Chair.

The parking lot video is great because Melissa gets him to turn over the clipboard. The only documentation appears to be what's on the back. No required language and clearly a logo that says People Not Politicians. Their funding source is an issue so it's great to have documentation that they're collecting signatures in violation of Missouri statutes.
Great job, Melissa Thomas
