Knowledgeable about the issues, the process, and the statutes, Linda has created extensive materials for use by county clerks, central committees, and grassroots citizens who are interested in learning how we can move to secure our elections in this state.

Linda has published her 350 page manual on hand counting, utilizing a process she developed. 60 pages contains the complete process. The remainder is supporting documentation and information.

While rules give the local election authority the power to make significant choices about how ballots are counted, our Missouri statutes also contain all the language needed to move to hand counting.
